Welcome to Pro Bundler. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

By creating an account, subscribing to our service, or using Pro Bundler in any way, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our service.

Pro Bundler is a professional multi-wallet token bundling platform that enables users to:

• Launch tokens on the pump.fun platform on the Solana blockchain
• Execute coordinated multi-wallet buy and sell operations
• Manage multiple Solana wallets and their private keys
• Monitor portfolio balances across wallets
• Withdraw funds from multiple wallets simultaneously

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account using Google OAuth authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Subscription Plans

• Monthly Plan: Billed monthly, payable in SOL
• Annual Plan: Billed annually, payable in SOL

3.3 Payment

All subscriptions are paid via SOL cryptocurrency sent to our designated payment wallet. Payments are non-refundable once verified and subscription is activated.

3.4 Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must manually renew your subscription before expiration to maintain access to the service.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using our service
• Maintain the security of your account, private keys, and security password
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to cryptocurrency trading
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise our service
• Not use the service to engage in market manipulation, fraud, or other illegal activities
• Accept full responsibility for all transactions executed through your account

IMPORTANT: You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys. Pro Bundler stores private keys encrypted in our database, but you must:

• Set a strong security password to protect key exports
• Never share your private keys or security password
• Keep exported private keys in a secure offline location
• Understand that we cannot recover lost private keys or reverse unauthorized transactions

We are not liable for any loss of funds due to compromised private keys, whether stored in our system or exported by you.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss
• Token values can be highly volatile and may decrease to zero
• Pro Bundler is a tool; we do not provide financial, investment, or trading advice
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• Transactions on the blockchain are irreversible
• Network congestion or technical issues may affect transaction execution

You may not use Pro Bundler to:

• Engage in market manipulation, including pump and dump schemes
• Violate any securities laws or regulations
• Launder money or finance illegal activities
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Distribute malware or conduct cyberattacks
• Abuse or harass other users or our staff

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Temporarily or permanently suspend service for maintenance or upgrades
• Modify or discontinue features without prior notice
• Limit or terminate access for users who violate these Terms

We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Pro Bundler is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for losses due to blockchain network issues, smart contract bugs, or third-party platform failures (including pump.fun)
• We are not liable for trading losses, whether due to software bugs, network congestion, or user error

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pro Bundler, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
• Your trading activities or transactions

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Any reason at our sole discretion

You may terminate your account at any time by ceasing to use the service. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
